patriotic birthday take two (CASOS)

Here's another patriotic birthday card for ya.  More masking and distress inking.  This time with some he-man bling (flat sequins) thrown in for fun.


BFF's DH has a July 3rd birthday.  So why have I never made him a patriotic card before?!?!?
